8. Support Tickets for Existing Integrations, triage, Customer ADD ONs to existing, retriggering Files or invoices etc.
9. Responding to General Questions and Inquires for existing or prospects integrations.
10. Coordinating and facilitating calls
11. Excel – Advanced
Excellent decision-making capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong Knowledge and general understanding of IT/Technical Concepts
General knowledge of various file types such as EDI ANSI X12, XML, cXML, Flat Files etc.
General Knowledge of Data warehouse, IBM, Sterling Integrator, EDI Translation Tools, CoreFtp/FileZilla.
Communication Methods AS2, SFTP, FTP and Van
Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
