We are hiring a Municipal Drinking Water Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects involving water treatment facilities, pump stations, water storage systems, permitting, construction and delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role within a top-performing regional Water team.
Responsibilities
* Lead planning, design, construction and technical delivery of drinking water projects
* Manage multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate across engineering groups
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, scope and client relationships
* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases
* Support business development, proposals, and long-term strategic pursuits
* Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members
* Represent the firm within the water and wastewater industry
* Manage contracts, change orders, subcontracts and project documentation
