Job Description
Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the needs of a new highly demanding project. Establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from the project, market changes, client requests derived from the project or simply users requests for enhancement of the system under development. Propose and document the most optimal solutions to meet project, users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process.
Main Tasks:
- Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements.
- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
- Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
- Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Ability
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT and data quality tooling: PBI, SQL, and basic scripting (Python).
- Structured planning & execution
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Ownership & diligence
Language Skills:
- English – Expert
- French – Notions
Soft Skills:
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork but also ability to work autonomously and take initiaves.
- Clear & effective communication with cross functional team.
- Strong analytical mindset in problem solving.
- Effective time management.
- Adaptability & flexibility to changes and new conditions.
Additional Information
The candidate is expected to work in a Hybrid model, 50/50 frame work.
