Description

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join us our dental family. If you love patient-centered care, a team-driven environment, and the opportunity to help shape a growing practice, we’d love to meet you. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic hygiene care to patients of all ages 
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, cleanings, scaling and root planing, and apply sealants/fluoride as needed
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene habits, and treatment plans
  • Document findings, notes, and procedures accurately in our digital records system
  • Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience
  • Help build positive rapport and relationships with new patients as the practice grows

Requirements

  • Are a licensed RDH in the state of Minnesota
  • Have a passion for helping people feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair
  • Are excited about building a patient base and contributing to a new office’s success
  • Enjoy working as part of a high-energy, collaborative team
  • Are dependable, flexible, and have great communication skills
