Join our fun team! Our restaurant is looking for counter servers for full-time and part-time positions at our Redmond location! The restaurant is located at 16595 Redmond Way, suite 100, Redmond, WA 98052.

In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
- Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
- Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
- Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
- Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
- Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
- Other duties as necessary or assigned.
Experience: Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :)
Requirements

- Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)
