Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage space, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and managing warehouse staff.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of warehouse management procedures, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ultimately, the role of the Warehouse Supervisor is to ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly and effectively to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities and operations
· Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline
· Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practices
· Coordinate logistics and liaise with other departments
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
· Implement operational policies and procedures
· Handle customer queries and complaints related to warehouse operations
Qualifications:
· Must be able to drive a forklift; experience and certification is a plus
· Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
· Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Comfortable using warehouse systems or willing to learn
· Positive attitude and team player
· Experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment
· Ability to assess priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
· Strong attention to deadlines, detail, and quality
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Demonstrates maturity and sound judgment
· Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety regulations
· Excellent leadership and people management skills
· High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus
