Expression of Interest - Graduate of Architecture

We work across architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and urban design - a rich multi-disciplinary mix of skills and perspectives that unlocks the economic, social and cultural value of projects.

We combine our creative design expertise with capabilities in strategy, research, technology and experience design, and we regularly collaborate with experts and partners from further afield.

We’re looking for Graduates of Architecture with 1–2 years of experience interested in joining our Sydney Studio.

You’ll be part of a creative, collaborative team working on projects that shape how people live, learn, travel, and connect – from urban transport hubs and education campuses to health facilities and multi‑residential communities.

What we’re looking for

• A relevant degree or master’s in architecture.

• 1–2 years of experience/internships in an architecture studio environment, ideally with exposure to and interest in various typologies (urban transport, education, health or multi‑residential projects.)

• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Rhino, Enscape or similar design technologies is preferred.

• Strong conceptual design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates your creative thinking and design capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to share personal insights and inspirations.

• A collaborative mindset, respecting and valuing diverse perspectives.

• Curiosity and open-mindedness in problem-solving and innovation.

• Commitment to personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends.

• A passion for delivering sustainable, people‑centred design outcomes.

• Knowledge of the local market and a passion for delivering sustainable, people‑centred design outcomes.

• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia at the time of application.
