About the role
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Tingalpa and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve 

  • Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers. 
  • Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
  • Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained 
  • Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. 

A bit about you

  • You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field. 
  • Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers. 
  • Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
