Business Analyst

The Health and Business Solutions Division of MedHealth is made up of 4 businesses (or brands) and we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the strategic and financial activities within these businesses. This role supports the Division in providing financial and commercial services to assist the business unit in meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse organisational performance and operational processes across the division to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
• Provide strategic and financial advice and recommendations to optimise resource utilisation, enhance profitability, and support organisational objectives.
• Lead analysis to assist with transition to new systems
• Development of non-financial models to support commercial analysis, pricing reviews, client, consultant and product/services margin reviews to optimise profitability
• Provide insights and modelling to support organisational planning
• Monitor and evaluate key financial and operational performance indicators, preparing dashboards and reports to inform leadership decision-making.

• Tertiary Qualifications in Economics, Commerce or relevant field
• Demonstrated experience within similar capacity
• Excel Modelling skills
• Highly developed strategic and analytical skills, creative thinking and problem solving to support the business to improve process efficiency.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail.
