Job Description

 

We are excited to be expanding our senior clinical team and would love to welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist who would thrive on providing clinical support to our clinicians!

The successful applicant can be based at any of our 4 clinic locations - Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn or Aspley.  They will be required to spend at least 2-3 days/week in clinic, depending upon whether they are in a full-time or part-time position, along with supporting our NSW clinics via MS Teams to support to our team members.

Work from home options are available.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
  • Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
  • Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence

About you

  • Considerable experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably across a diverse range of clients
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector

  • Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
  • Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
