As a Senior Product Manager you will focus on shaping and owning a new approach on Out of Home Points CRM solution - supporting comprehensive location process from acquisition to Parcel Locker deployment with dedicated tools support.
The Senior Product Manager will structure and optimize the underlying business processes in close collaboration with a dedicated, team-led delivery group. The solution will be built on Microsoft Dynamics, making prior experience with this platform a strong advantage.
Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success KPIs in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout discovery and delivery to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality execution during sprints.
- Conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, customer support, sales, and operations teams.
- Monitor product performance against defined KPIs and continuously iterate based on feedback, insights, and results.
- Facilitate clear cross-functional communication and alignment across teams and leadership.
- Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience as a Product Manager, preferably in logistics,
- e-commerce, or a related technology-driven industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing digital products end-to-end.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, tools, and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering Management, UX Design, or a related field.
- Experience working across multiple functions or regions, and/or exposure to leadership roles.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, UX, Cloud, ITIL).
