- Continuously refine and enhance finance related workflows and internal controls to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with global policies.
- Implement global finance initiatives at the regional level (e.g., cash pooling, inventory systems, ERP enhancements).
- Provide financial insights and strategic support to the CEO of Latin America and regional leadership team.
- Manage periodic budget vs. actual analysis and communicate results to management and stakeholders.
- Act as a finance business partner, delivering actionable analysis to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure all financial operations are conducted in accordance with corporate policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Negotiate and discuss billing related matters with clients.

- Practical and operational knowledge of local GAAP and Tax legislation as well as IFRS and Transfer Pricing.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented, with a hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude toward innovation and process improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
