<p><strong><strong>Competitive Pay:</strong> Hourly rates start at <strong>$25/hr</strong>, with <strong>higher compensation available</strong> for candidates with extensive experience!</strong></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3><p>✔ <strong>Oversee and manage patient scheduling</strong> across multiple locations, ensuring provider efficiency and patient satisfaction using <strong>Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental</strong> or similar software.<br>✔ <strong>Lead front office operations</strong>, streamlining patient check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination.<br>✔ <strong>Be the primary point of contact</strong> for patient inquiries, providing clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and appointment logistics.<br>✔ <strong>Maintain meticulous patient records</strong>, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.<br>✔ <strong>Coordinate with providers, treatment coordinators, and dental assistants</strong> to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.<br>✔ <strong>Train and mentor junior receptionists and administrative staff</strong>, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service.<br>✔ <strong>Optimize scheduling strategies</strong> to maximize provider productivity while keeping wait times minimal.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br></p><p>✔ <strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in dental reception, front office administration, or a similar senior role.<br>✔ <strong>Proficient in dental office software</strong> (<strong>Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental</strong>).<br>✔ <strong>Strong leadership skills</strong>, with the ability to train, mentor, and oversee front office staff.<br>✔ <strong>Exceptional problem-solving abilities</strong> to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments confidently.<br>✔ <strong>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</strong>, with a warm, patient-first mindset.<br></p>
