Roustabout / Yard Laborer

General Scope: 

The Roustabout / Yard Laborer supports daily yard and operations activities by assisting with maintenance, organization, and handling of flowback equipment. This role is hands-on and requires the ability to work safely in an industrial environment while performing physical tasks.

Key Expectations:

• Paint, clean, and maintain yard equipment and materials.
• Clean and organize bolts, tools, and parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Load and unload flowback equipment and materials.
• Assist with general labor tasks as assigned by yard or operations leadership.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior oilfield, yard, or general labor experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and housekeeping.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Must be able to operate basic equipment and tools safely.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials as needed
• Physically capable of lifting 50-100 lbs and working long hours in varying environmental conditions.
• Work in high-noise environments (over 85 dBA) with appropriate hearing protection.
• Adapt to outdoor conditions, including extreme weather and various terrains.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

• May require occasional after-hours support depending on job schedules.

Training Requirements:

• PEC/SafeLand certification
• Forklift and Aerial Lift training (as required)
• H2S certification
