What You’ll Do:
- Build and assemble low and medium voltage electrical switchgear and control panels
- Perform mechanical assembly and install components using drawings and BOMs
- Verify fit, finish, and quality before equipment ships
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety standards
- Work closely with wiremen, engineers, and production teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, layouts, and bills of material
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
