Join our growing team at Groove Toyota! We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Lot Technician to help manage and maintain our vehicle inventory and lot presentation. If you enjoy working outdoors and being around cars, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the automotive industry!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the dealership vehicle lot for a clean, professional appearance.
  • Move, park, and stage vehicles as directed by management.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and proper placement.
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers.
  • Keep the lot free of debris and organized for optimal vehicle display.
  • Assist service and sales teams with vehicle pickups, drop-offs, and general support.
  • Perform light cleaning of vehicles as needed (interior and exterior).
  • Maintain inventory control by checking vehicles in and out.
  • Follow all safety and dealership procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
