We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and handle deliveries for our Apopka, FL location.


 In this position, you will assist the Warehouse Supervisor in the efficient and accurate execution of warehouse organization, inventory management, purchase order processing, outbound order fulfillment, and day-to-day warehouse operations. This role works closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and a high-quality end-user experience for schools throughout the state of Florida.


Duties include: 

  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in warehouse organization, inventory management, and daily operational execution.
  • Efficiently manage inbound Purchase Orders, accurately receiving inventory and processing returns from customers and install technicians.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse through regular scheduled maintenance, including bi-weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Handle labeling and barcoding of all inbound inventory and process production requests for BOM materials.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock transfer orders between locations, following standard fulfillment procedures for shipping and pickup orders
  • Monitor outbound order fulfillment and work closely with freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with local installation teams for pickups and drop-offs, tracking activities for traceability and timely turnaround.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to create and support project orders, ensuring sufficient equipment availability and replacements as needed.
  • Coordinate with teams to determine equipment delivery schedules and ensure preparedness at designated delivery locations.
  • Load, drive, and unload trucks and trailers, maintaining accountability for equipment until delivered and signed for by the designated recipient.
  • Return and maintain trucks and trailers, ensuring they are clean and in good repair.
  • Respond to escalated situations, projects, emails, and phone calls related to warehouse fulfillment and deliveries to improve customer satisfaction and perception.
  • Maintain ownership of issues through resolution, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid FL driver's license with a clean driving record. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse work preferred. 
  • Able to do simple math.
  • Able to operate a forklift preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, experience using a tablet preferred.
  • Experience with processes and programs used for shipping orders (FedEx, UPS, LTL) is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the Unites States. 

Compensation and Benefits: 

Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
