This role owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of key HR programs, policies, and processes, partnering closely with leadership to ensure a consistent, pro-employee experience across the organization.</p> <p>This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence while also bringing sound judgment, empathy, and structure to complex people matters.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with managers to ensure performance processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with company values and goals.</li> <li>Lead the end-to-end execution of company-wide performance review cycles, including timelines, tools, communications, calibration support, and reporting.</li> <li>Continuously develop, evaluate and improve people programs to increase engagement, clarity, and effectiveness.</li> <li>Build, document, and maintain the company’s pro-employee, positive relations playbook, ensuring alignment with employment standards and best practices.</li> <li>Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.</li> <li>Support and/or lead workplace investigations, ensuring issues are handled promptly, confidentially, and fairly, with clear documentation and follow-through.</li> <li>Develop, update, and operationalize HR policies and procedures to support a scalable and compliant people function.</li> <li>Ensure HR processes are clearly documented, communicated, and consistently applied across the company.</li> <li>Partner with legal and leadership as needed on policy interpretation and risk mitigation.</li> <li>Own the employee recognition program end-to-end, including design, administration, communications, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Analyze engagement and feedback data to recommend enhancements to recognition and engagement initiatives.</li> <li>Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing practical guidance on people-related decisions.</li> <li>Support the Director of People Operations in executing broader people strategies and initiatives.</li> <li>Serve as a steady operational backbone for the People function, ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive experience in HR, or Employee Relations.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience running performance reviews, employee relations processes, and investigations.</li> <li>CHRP Preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Solid understanding of HR policies, employment standards, and best practices.</li> <li>Proven ability to build clear, scalable processes in fast-paced environments.</li> <li>High degree of discretion, sound judgment, and empathy.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Experience in a scaling or high-growth company.</li> <li>Exposure to HRIS, performance management tools, and engagement platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why you’ll love it at Clutch:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll have broad and direct ownership over talent acquisition strategy during a phase of rapid growth.</li> <li>Opportunity to build your team, your tools, and influence company culture and workforce at every level.</li> <li>Exposure to senior leadership, ability to contribute to major strategy, not just execution.</li> <li>Competitive compensation, benefits, and chance to work in a culture that values innovation and impact.</li> </ul> <p>Clutch is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed.
