Data Engineer

We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally important to us.</p> <p>What you’ll bring<br>Responsibilities:<br>- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to support job monitoring and operational logging.<br>- Design and manage data ingestion workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data flow across systems.<br>- Clean, transform, and structure datasets to support AI and machine learning workflows.<br>- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure consistency and reliability of datasets.<br>- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and product teams to ensure data requirements are met.<br>- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system efficiency.<br>- Document pipeline architecture, data flow diagrams, and processes for internal teams.</p> <p>Requirements:<br>- Strong experience with ETL pipeline development and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Luigi, etc.).<br>- Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).<br>- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.<br>- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and pipeline optimization.<br>- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and ability to prepare datasets for training, evaluation, and productionization.<br>- Knowledge of logging systems, job monitoring, or observability platforms is preferred.<br>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.<br>- Good communication and documentation skills.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>About us</strong></p> <p>We’re a global, team of innovators.
