Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance with labor laws etc.
  • Oversee factory HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention in a manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business objectives through people initiatives.
  • Compensation: INR100000 - INR200000 - monthly
