Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Deliver exceptional support to clients and Account Managers, fostering strong and harmonious working relationships.
- Respond promptly to internal and external emails, ensuring timely follow-ups or escalation to Account Managers when necessary.
- Liaise with internal departments and utilize various systems to efficiently manage daily tasks and workflows.
- Manage project loading and updates in company systems, including purchasing benchmarks, coordinating sample shipments, and registering commercial wins.
- Process sample requests via SAP, create price letters, and manage local and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any transit or customs issues.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and manufacturing teams to ensure timely order processing, tracking progress, and escalating delays when needed.
- Maintain organized tracking files and provide accurate reports to Account Managers on order status, sampling, and project updates.
- Request technical documents, register fragrances and pricing in SAP, and load specifications for quality control checks.
- Communicate with the Customer Master Data team to update and maintain accurate customer account information in internal systems.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree from university, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Supply Chain operations.
- Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s) for effective communication across teams and clients.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
- Experience in multi‑tasking environments and coordination-driven position
