1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with more than 15 years of experience, providing its services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area.

We are looking for a Valet Manager to join our team.. We are seeking service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, are team players, highly motivated, energetic, love cars, and are interested in working full-time.

1ST CLASS Valet Managers are expected to:

* Oversee and manage all valet parking operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.

* Supervise valet attendants and ramp supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve valet operations, optimize traffic flow, and enhance the guest experience.

* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and parking protocols.

* Monitor peak hours and adjust staffing as needed to maintain smooth operations.

* Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications


* Two years of experience as a Valet Manager.

* Fluent in English (Spanish as a secondary language is a plus).

* Valid Florida Driver's License.

* Clean driving record.

* Ability to drive stick shift vehicles (preferred).

* Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods of time.
