We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive team in a full-time, school-based role. Role Overview

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will plan and deliver individualized therapy services tailored to each student’s communication needs. You will work with a diverse student population, helping children strengthen speech, language, and communication skills that support both academic success and social development. Your work will play a key role in helping students reach meaningful milestones and build confidence in their abilities.

What You’ll Do in this role:
  • Provide direct services in an elementary school setting.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school-based teams.
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.

Requirements

Must hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field, and have an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of North Carolina or be eligible to obtain licensure.
