Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sushi/Sashimi Cook or similar role in a restaurant, catering, or dietary department

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills for cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients
- Team player with good communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen staff

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
