Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will shape the future of our Portfolio and Roadmap Management platforms. These are essential in enabling data-driven decision-making for managing product and project portfolios, and your contributions will play a pivotal role in Infineon’s strategic planning and long-term success.
- Design, build and run a web application based on .NET that drives Infineon’s technology roadmapping
- Collaborate with other developers, architects, business analysts, UX experts, and business stakeholders to design and build systems that are efficient, effective, and scalable
- Guide and mentor junior developers
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, incl. test automation
- Work in cross-functional Scrum teams and follow DevOps principles
- Explore emerging trends and technologies in software development
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a strong communicator with the ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams. You actively promote collaboration and continuous improvement through open feedback, making you a valuable contributor to any team environment.
- University degree in Computer science, Informatics, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, covering architectural design and system integration with a strong focus on .NET
- Proficiency in web development frameworks (e.g. ASP.NET Core, Angular, React) alongside proficiency in TS/JS, HTML, and CSS
- Strong background in relational databases like MSSQL, and knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban), DevOps practices and version control systems (e.g. Git, Gitlab)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
