About the Role
Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to help ANZ enterprise customers transform business processes using Power Platform, Copilot Studio (Agents), and M365 Copilot. You’ll lead technical strategy and delivery from envisioning through deployment and operational health—driving measurable outcomes (usage, adoption, and business value) using Success by Design and value‑based deliverables (VBDs).

You’ll be the trusted advisor for AI‑enabled low‑code solutions, removing blockers, shaping governance, and accelerating time‑to‑value in partnership with CSAMs, STU sellers, engineering/Power CAT, and delivery (Unified/ISD).

Responsibilities

Customer architecture & delivery

  • Lead discovery, solution architecture, and design reviews for Power Platform apps/flows, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio agents (skills, topics, multi‑agent orchestration), integrating with M365 and Azure services.
  • Build deployment plans with guardrails: environment strategy, DLP, ALM, RBAC, managed environments, and Center of Excellence (CoE) patterns.
  • Guide agent governance (transparency, citations, activity logging) and operational guardrails (observability, prompt/skill lifecycle, rollback).

Value realization & adoption

  • Map use cases to business outcomes, define KPIs/OKRs, and drive measurable adoption (MAU/PAU, scenario activation, VBD completion).
  • Orchestrate workshops, PoCs, and hands‑on enablement (prompting, agent building, low‑code patterns) to secure the technical win and scale usage.

Delivery excellence & unblock

  • Proactively identify and remove technical blockers (security, data access, performance, resilience) and escalate product gaps through CE&S channels.
  • Apply Success by Design and ABS delivery frameworks; contribute to SSCR/CPOD outcomes where applicable.

Governance, security, and compliance

  • Implement data protection (DLP, labels, DSPM), identity/conditional access for Copilot usage, and responsible AI practices aligned to customer policies.

Partner & field collaboration

  • Work with STU, Partners (GSI/SI/ISV), and Power CAT/engineering to scale delivery; contribute field feedback to product groups.

Influence & community

  • Share best practices, reusable assets, and playbooks; contribute to ABS landing hubs and office hours; mentor junior CSAs.

Role Competencies (What “Great” Looks Like)

  • Architectural Rigor: Designs resilient, secure, cost‑optimized solutions aligned to guardrails and best practices.
  • Outcome Orientation: Links use cases to quantified value; lands adoption at pace with clear KPIs.
  • Governance Mindset: Anticipates risk; implements ALM, DLP, access control, auditability, and rollback paths.
  • Customer Empathy & Influence: Builds trust, navigates ambiguity, and communicates executive narratives succinctly.
  • Collaboration & Orchestration: Scales impact across CSAMs, STU, partners, and delivery teams.
  • Learning Agility: Stays current on Copilot, Power Platform, agent governance; shares patterns broadly.

Success Measures (FY26 ABS)

  • Activation & Adoption: Target MAU/PAU growth across prioritized scenarios; % users activated; scenario completion rate.
  • Delivery Throughput: VBD completion, PoC-to-prod conversion, time‑to‑value.
  • Governance Health: DLP/ALM policy coverage, environment compliance, audit/citation fidelity for agents.
  • Customer Outcomes: Documented ROI/impact stories; CPOD/SSCR outputs where applicable.
  • Field Contribution: Assets/playbooks published; community enablement; positive CSAT.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in cloud solution architecture, technical consulting, or delivery for Power Platform and/or low‑code solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Proven experience with Copilot Studio (or equivalent bot/agent platforms), Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and M365 integration.
  • Strong grounding in governance & ALM: environment strategy, DLP, security roles, managed environments, CoE starter kit, and deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to define measurable outcomes and drive usage/adoption (MAU/PAU or equivalent) through workshops, PoCs, and enablement.
  • Hands‑on with Azure and M365 fundamentals (identity/conditional access, Graph, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connector patterns).
  • Executive‑ready communication; demonstrated trusted advisor capability with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing agentic solutions: prompt design, topic composition, citation policies, observability, and telemetry for Copilot Studio.
  • Integration expertise: custom connectors, APIs, Dataverse plugins, Power Fx, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, and Event‑driven patterns.
  • Security/compliance: Purview labels/policies, DSPM, conditional access for Copilot, and Responsible AI guardrails.
  • Familiarity with Unified/ISD delivery motions, value‑based deliverables (e.g., Architectural Design Review, Solution Quality Advisory).
  • Certifications: PL‑200/PL‑400/PL‑600, SC‑400, AZ‑900/AI‑900 (or equivalent experience).
