About the Role
Overview

We’re building a Frontier Marketing organization that learns fast and executes with precision and agility through AI-powered insights. Our Marketing Analytics team builds AI and advanced analytics models that enable us to create intelligent tools that empower marketers with the data-driven insights they need to optimize marketing impact and deliver rich recommendations for sellers to drive opportunities in their accounts. To accelerate this transformation to Frontier marketing, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to lead the marketing analytics efforts for key audiences such as developers, technical decision makers, and business decision makers to provide marketers with the intelligence they need to effectively target, engage, and increase advocacy. Are you interested in data, analytics, and digital marketing? Would you like to be on a team that is solving problems in online marketing, in partnership with some of the world’s brightest and most advanced marketers? And all of that whilst working in the dynamic, customer-focused, and data-rich world of cloud-based business products? In this role, you’ll create and deliver audience insights that enable Corp and Field marketers to drive business growth. You will partner with product marketing, analytics, and data science colleagues to integrate audience engagement data across multiple sources of marketing engagement (e.g., events, digital content, trials, social & blogs, relationship marketing, web, product usage, contactability, sales pipeline, etc.) in ways that enable marketers across the commercial business to take actions to optimize marketing impact. Your work will inform strategy, optimize marketing execution, and help advance our ambition to become a Frontier Marketing organization. Your work will be highly visible and used to help marketers understand the patterns of audience engagement with marketing tactics that drive desired outcomes. If you possess strong analytical skills (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, etc.), curiosity and ability to cut through ambiguity, and a passion for understanding and measuring marketing efficacy and business results, this is the role for you.
