Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Meeting & Event Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of meetings and events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities.

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of event professionals
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate venue logistics
  • Implement innovative event concepts and strategies to enhance client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Analyze post-event data and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into event planning
