Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Meeting & Event Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of meetings and events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of event professionals
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate venue logistics
- Implement innovative event concepts and strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Analyze post-event data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into event planning
