This is a key role requiring strong experience in financial services or fintech and the ability to protect the business while enabling growth.</p> <h3 data-start="1030" data-end="1059"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong data-start="1034" data-end="1059">Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h3> <h4 data-start="1061" data-end="1097"><strong data-start="1066" data-end="1097">1. Commercial Legal Support</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1098" data-end="1396"> <li data-start="1098" data-end="1262"> <p data-start="1100" data-end="1262">Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including vendor contracts, SaaS and technology deals, partnership agreements, and client-facing terms.</p> </li> <li data-start="1263" data-end="1396"> <p data-start="1265" data-end="1396">Advise business units (Product, Sales, Finance, Operations) on legal risk, contractual rights, and structuring of commercial deals.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1398" data-end="1441"><strong data-start="1403" data-end="1441">2. Litigation &amp; Dispute Management</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1442" data-end="1729"> <li data-start="1442" data-end="1580"> <p data-start="1444" data-end="1580">Oversee all litigation and dispute resolution matters including commercial claims, labor cases, collections, and regulatory proceedings.</p> </li> <li data-start="1581" data-end="1644"> <p data-start="1583" data-end="1644">Manage external counsel in active litigation and arbitration.</p> </li> <li data-start="1645" data-end="1729"> <p data-start="1647" data-end="1729">Advise executive management on litigation risk, exposure, and settlement strategy.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1731" data-end="1769"><strong data-start="1736" data-end="1769">3. Financial Sector Expertise</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1770" data-end="2063"> <li data-start="1770" data-end="1920"> <p data-start="1772" data-end="1920">Apply legal expertise in payments, fintech, or financial services to navigate commercial partnerships and legal structuring in a regulated industry.</p> </li> <li data-start="1921" data-end="2063"> <p data-start="1923" data-end="2063">Support legal due diligence and documentation for strategic initiatives such as partnerships, lending arrangements, or new product rollouts.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2065" data-end="2111"><strong data-start="2070" data-end="2111">4.
