About The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Social Media Moderator & Publisher to join our team at Araby Brand, a regional branding and digital marketing agency operating in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day social media activity — publishing content, posting interactive stories, and maintaining direct communication with followers and customers.
This role goes beyond basic moderation — you’ll actively engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and handle order closures through social media messages and comments.
You’ll work closely with the creative and account management teams to ensure all content is approved, scheduled, and published smoothly across platforms.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Publish and schedule posts across social media platforms according to the approved content calendar.
- Upload and manage interactive stories (polls, quizzes, Q&A, etc.) aligned with each brand’s tone and campaign.
- Review captions and visuals before publishing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor and respond to all comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Communicate directly with customers through social media to answer inquiries and close orders efficiently.
- Track and document interactions, leads, and orders in coordination with the sales or logistics teams.
- Escalate sensitive issues or complaints to the relevant internal teams when needed.
- Maintain each brand’s tone of voice and ensure consistent presence across all platforms.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media moderation or publishing, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Strong written communication skills in Arabic (Egyptian & Gulf dialects) and working knowledge of English.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, sap chat , X, linked in, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable with fast-paced daily operations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce moderation, order handling, or social media sales.
- Basic knowledge of content performance reporting.
