About the Role

Join busy private practice as a Podiatrist, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality foot and lower limb care to our valued patients. We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our community, and we are looking for a passionate professional who shares this commitment.

As a Podiatrist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, implement effective treatment plans, and deliver exceptional patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including biomechanical evaluations and gait analysis.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient needs.
  • Perform various procedures including nail care, callus removal, and wound care management.
  • Offer advice on proper footwear, orthotics, and rehabilitation exercises.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Engage in patient education and community outreach regarding foot health awareness.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
  • Previous clinical experience in podiatric practice is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and keeping current with advances in podiatric care.
