We’ll review all applications after this date and get back to candidates as soon as possible.<br></p><p><strong>Role Overview<br></strong>As our In-House Lawyer, you’ll provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice that helps teams move quickly while managing risk in the right way.</p><p>Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of VoCoVo’s commercial contracts, supporting both customer and supplier agreements. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, Product, and Operations to unblock deals, strengthen governance, and continuously improve how we contract as a scaling technology business.</p><p>This role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being close to the business — from negotiating SaaS agreements to supporting procurement and improving legal processes that enable growth.</p><p><strong>Please note,</strong> to apply for this position you must be based in the UK&nbsp;and have the legal right to work in the UK.</p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a pragmatic, solutions-driven lawyer who understands how to balance legal risk with commercial reality.
