DPO-ONE, a dynamic company with a language-independent SaaS solution, is seeking a visionary DACH Regional Director to accelerate the growth phase and strengthen our position in the German-speaking market.

About DPO-ONE:

DPO-ONE offers an advanced SaaS solution for lawyers and organizations that want to test their processes against privacy legislation. Our flexible tool not only supports individual companies (Medium to Enterprise) but also federations and sports federations in guiding their members/clubs toward compliance with the law. Language-independent and applicable worldwide, we have already achieved success in various countries.

Job Description

As DACH Regional Director at DPO-ONE, you will lead the company’s growth across the DACH region. Your focus is on scaling market presence, driving sales growth, and supporting further product development. A key success factor in this role is leveraging your existing network within law firms in the DACH region to accelerate market entry and adoption.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-ONE as a leading privacy compliance solution in the DACH region, with a strong focus on the legal sector.

  2. Sales and Market Expansion: Leverage and expand your established network of law firms in the DACH region to drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and long-term relationships.

  3. Sales and Marketing Leadership: Lead regional market entry initiatives, acquire new customers, and deepen existing relationships in close alignment with central sales and marketing teams.

  4. Product Development Input: Work closely with the development team to ensure the SaaS solution continues to meet the needs of lawyers and compliance-driven organizations in German-speaking markets.

  5. Regional Leadership: Represent DPO-ONE across the DACH region and build strong partnerships within relevant sectors.

  6. Financial and Performance Management: Ensure the achievement of regional targets and contribute to a solid overall financial foundation.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Proven, existing network within law firms in the DACH region (mandatory), ideally with decision-makers or senior partners, and the ability to actively leverage this network for business growth.

  • Demonstrable experience in successfully leading or scaling companies, business units, or regions.

  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable products.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and embrace innovation.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German. ​

  • Affinity with privacy legislation, GDPR, and compliance is a strong plus.
