About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team at Helfy


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and services across all company sites.
  • Monitor, manage, and support network security tools such as Fortinet Firewall, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection ,WAF, VPN.
  • Administer and manage Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD including users, permissions, security policies, automation , SSO.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for employee endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux) including on-site and remote support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, service-oriented IT support.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in IT roles
  • At least 1–2 years in an IT Manager role
  • Hands-on experience with: Google Workspace ,
  • Knowledge working and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu/Fedora).
  • Firewall systems: Fortinet, HP (nice to have)
  • IT service management tools such as JIRA ,monday.
  • Strong experience in user access management, permissions, and endpoint management
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a broad technical perspective
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle pressure
  • Relevant certifications are a strong advantage, such as CCNA/ CompTIA Security+ other security-related certifications
