The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul> <li>Deliver Bottled Water and treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner</li> <li>Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices</li> <li>Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service</li> <li>Follow all safety protocols and company regulations</li> <li>Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment</li> <li>End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps </li> </ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>High school Diploma or equivalent GED</li> <li>1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required</li> <li>A valid driver’s license</li> <li>Ability to use a mobile device or tablet</li> <li>Detail-oriented, highly organized </li> <li>Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates</li> <li>Clean and professional appearance</li> <li>Able to regularly lift 50 lbs</li> </ul><div><br></div><div><strong>About Culligan</strong></div><div>As the world’s leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
