You will lead a diverse group of back-end, front-end, and full-stack developers, data scientists, and QA engineers.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll balance high-level planning with a hands-on commitment to mentoring your team leads and maintaining engineering excellence.</p> <p>We are looking for a self driven leader who is execution-oriented, someone who can translate a product roadmap into high-performance engineering reality while fostering a culture of ownership.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Who are you?</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Execution</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Impact:</strong> Lead with a strong sense of ownership and a "get-it-done" mindset.
