We are seeking someone who can generate insights, conceptualize &amp; test new products, and implement experiences that will reach thousands of corporations and millions of employees. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, has a passion for and strength in analytics, and a strong sense of ownership.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>This role will support a new corporate group solutions meal program offering, with the goal of building a best-in-class solution for offices feeding employees. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve quality, author long-term strategy roadmaps, translate those strategies into actionable plans to hit milestones and OKRs, and make sure we never stop learning &amp; executing.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our best Strategy &amp; Operations Managers have strong product vision, are equal parts analytical and creative, have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and are willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the business successful. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 32px;"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p> <p>The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
