About the Role
<p><strong>KLARSTEIN has been designing, producing, and selling products in the areas of kitchen appliances, garden & living, sports and consumer electronics since 2005 and is now one of Europe’s largest digital companies including around 500 employees around the globe.</strong> </p>

<h2><strong><span data-contrast="none">What you will do: </span></strong></h2>
<p>We are looking for a business-minded Category Manager to act as a leader with 360° view of your assigned category and countries. You will drive strategy, manage a diverse portfolio, and collaborate across teams to ensure growth and profitability in your region. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategy & Leadership:</strong> Develop and execute end-to-end category strategies, set pricing, and drive commercial objectives as the primary business owner for your markets. </li>
<li><strong>Portfolio Management:</strong> Oversee the lifecycle of ~1,000 core SKUs and ~2,500 long-tail items, making key decisions on launches, maintenance, and phase-outs based on performance. </li>
<li><strong>Forecasting & Planning:</strong> Own the forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy by incorporating market trends, seasonality, and local variables. </li>
<li><strong>Product & Content:</strong> Translate market insights into product briefs for development and lead content localization to ensure it resonates with local customers. </li>
<li><strong>Operations & Marketing:</strong> Partner with Operations to optimize costs and inventory, and work with Marketing to boost category visibility across digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.). </li>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and financial metrics. </li>
<li>Experience in product lifecycle management and forecasting.</li>
<li>Ability to work cross-functionally (Logistics, Marketing, Product Development).</li>
<li>Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. </li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or similar positions </li>
</ul>
