Currently, we are hiring a HR Systems Implementation Senior Consultant for one of our partner organizations in KSA, offering the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

The HR Systems Implementation Senior Consultant is responsible for leading the successful implementation, rollout, and adoption of the new HR Management System. This role ensures the solution is delivered in line with HR best practices, aligned with business requirements, and optimized to maximize organizational value. The consultant will act as the primary liaison between the implementation vendor, HR, and IT teams, overseeing project execution, managing milestones, and ensuring effective post–go-live support and system optimization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the HR management system across all company branches.
  • Collaborate closely with the implementation vendor, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate system configurations, and ensure alignment with business processes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, track progress, and ensure timely and successful delivery of all project phases.
  • Oversee data migration activities, system integrations, and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
  • Apply HR best practices in system configuration, workflows, reporting, and governance.
  • Design and deliver user training sessions and prepare comprehensive system documentation for HR teams and end users.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend enhancements and optimizations.
  • Monitor system adoption, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to management, highlighting progress, risks, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR systems implementation, HRIS consulting, or HR technology project management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, HR best practices, and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with HR management systems and digital HR solutions.
  • Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
