We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This position is ideal for someone who excels in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
