You'll provide comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey, from onboarding to completion, ensuring their success in this innovative learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guide Student Journey: Provide tailored assistance across the online student lifecycle, from enrolment to completion.
- Drive Proactive Engagement: Develop action plans and interventions to help students achieve their academic and career goals.
- Enhance Support Networks: Connect students with appropriate resources and academic enrichment opportunities.
- Contribute to Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and student experience.

You are a student-focused professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of providing holistic support in a dynamic online education environment while driving continuous improvement.
You may also:
- Have a degree qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing quality service and advice to students with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Have experience in process improvement initiatives and proactive problem-solving.
- Be proficient in CRM and student systems, with strong MS Office and internet search capabilities.
