About the Role

Description

  

TruStile Doors, the leading national manufacturer of architectural doors for the high-end residential and commercial segments, is seeking a production lead.    This position will work closely with one of the manufacturing supervisors to ensure procedures are documented and followed throughout the process in way that achieves the company’s quality goals.

 
 

Highlights of the role: 

· Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that the production team is working in a safe and healthy environment.

· Coordinating with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure that all production processes are aligned     with the company's overall goals.

· Ensuring that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.

· Influence the team to follow all standards in the area to help ensure positive, consistent results. 

· Provide training, support, and leadership to the production team to develop their skills and improve their performance. Be a Servant Leader to your team. 

· Demonstrate the ability to properly root-cause and problem solve abnormalities. 

Able to perform and/or learn TruStile/Marvin computer systems 

Requirements

  

· Demonstrated experience in an audit or review capacity.

· Experience working in a manufacturing environment

· Ability to use measurement tools including calipers, tape measures, gauges, etc.

· Attention to detail

· Skilled with Microsoft Office suite

· Effective communicator and comfortable interacting with co-workers

· The ability to lead by example and willingness to learn all aspect.

· Able to coach and teach team members.

· Competitive to hit daily goals. 

· Able to put your team’s needs before yourself.
