Description
This position is responsible for the scheduling of spa appointments with assistance of the Outfitter’s Cabin, greeting and escorting the guests to the treatment areas, as well as providing information to guests and therapists concerning spa services, treatments, and products. This individual will also provide support in communicating guest requests to all departments related to the appointment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests with friendly demeanor
- Maintaining a clean and organized appearance in the spa tents and changing rooms
- Assisting the Outfitter’s Cabin with upselling and promotional bookings
- Relaying special requests from guests to the respective department and following up
- Transporting guests to and from the spa when needed
- Responsible for setting up tub soaks for guests when booked
- Assisting therapists with flipping massage tables for next appointment
- Accountable for taking inventory of spa supplies and notifying management for new orders
- Communicating with the Outfitter’s Cabin on a daily basis to ensure appointment accuracy
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships and communication with therapists and Outfitter’s Cabin
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; or 3-6 months of related experience and/or training
- Previous experience in the spa industry preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
Additional Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver License and be insurable by the company’s Auto Insurance carrier.
