About the Role
<h2><strong>Job Description</strong></h2>
<p>As Brand and Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across channels. You’ll support the Brand Lead in developing and rolling out brand campaigns, tell product stories in a way that feels simple and real and help translate our platform into assets that work hard in the platforms for which they’re created. </p>
<p>You’ll work across everything from brand storytelling and campaign messaging to content operations and AI assisted creative production. One day you might be writing email copy or meal descriptions, the next you’ll be helping turn a big brand idea into a suite of social assets, or partnering with Growth and our Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to make creative feel cohesive. </p>
<p>You’re a strong writer with a feel for storytelling, but you also love the nuts and bolts of content. You can turn briefs and customer & performance insights into assets that actually work. You’re curious about AI and new tools, have a firm finger on the cultural and trend pulse and enjoy operating in the grey space between brand building and performance. </p>
<p><strong>You will…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be a key member of the Brand Marketing team, your creative, content, technical writing project management skills, alongside keen attention to detail will build customer trust and engagement.</li>
<li>Develop compelling, on-brand copy for brand marketing activities, from product positioning and communication plans to emails, paid advertising, landing pages and flyers</li>
<li>Work closely with the brand, growth, retail, design and product teams to create engaging digital and printed content aligned to the Youfoodz brand strategy.</li>
<li>Write, proof and edit copy and all branded collateral, across all channels, making suggestions that are in line with brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Run AI assisted creative workflows to generate and version mid-lower funnel creative across channels. Support creative testing programs by producing variations and working with Growth to understand performance results and iterate.</li>
<li>Manage the organisation of the copy request pipeline ensuring the workflow is kept on track and copy is delivered on time.</li>
<li>Drive best practice programs by following the latest content, community and social trends.</li>
<li>Manage the organic social strategy and calendar, aligning content with brand campaigns, product stories and always on cultural moments. Keeping a close eye on social and content trends across platform and competitor brands, bringing proactive ideas.</li>
<li>Partner closely with the Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to ensure creator content and UGC are repurposed effectively into brand assets for channel owners.</li>
<li>Work with the Retail Marketing Manager by providing brand aligned strategy, copy and creative direction into Youfoodz retail initiative, ensuring brand coherence across shopper executions.</li>
<li>Support PR & brand shoot logistics and production</li>
<li>Provide cover and support across the broader Hello Fresh Group brand portfolio as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You have…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on digital marketing, social, content development and copywriting.</li>
<li>An understanding of content marketing trends and SEO.</li>
<li>Experience working with social and digital channels and an understanding of what makes creative perform in feed. </li>
<li>Comfort working with or learning AI automation tools (e.g. generative copy/creative, templating platforms) to scale production and experimentation.</li>
<li>Strong communication and written skills.</li>
<li>Flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure with a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li>Familiarity with, or appetite to learn, basic performance metrics (CTR, CVR, creative testing) to help inform creative decisions in partnership with Growth. </li>
<li>Ability to effectively prioritise workload and accommodate urgent requests.</li>
<li>Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media or marketing.</li>
</ul>
