We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development effort of a full-stack team and guide and mentor the other team members. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in modern frontend frameworks with solid backend knowledge, enabling you to guide the team end-to-end. You will play a key role in driving team velocity, fostering best practices, and delivering reliable, scalable, and user-centric applications.

Responsibilities:

Guide the team in building scalable, reliable applications using cloud infrastructure.
Share knowledge and best practices across the R&D department.
Support backend development efforts in Golang and Node.js
Support frontend development efforts with React & TypeScript
Drive continuous improvement in team velocity and delivery quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts.
Partner with product managers, designers, and backend/core teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Contribute to company-wide technical initiatives.
Collaborate on design and implementation of new features and services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a software developer.
Backend experience in Go/Node/Python
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
Proficient in English.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
