About the Role

abra is looking for a Salesforce Systems Analyst & Implementer to join a professional, high-performing team and work on complex, large-scale projects.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis and specification – mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – mandatory
  • Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specification documentsmandatory
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and configurationmandatory
  • Strong familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Service business processessignificant advantage
  • Experience working with development tools, SQL, and integration toolssignificant advantage
  • Experience working with VS Code and/or DevOps processessignificant advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong system-wide and business-oriented perspective
  • High analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong service mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead processes end-to-end
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and across multiple interfaces
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technological solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
  • High level of self-learning capability and adaptability to new technologies
