We are a patient-centered, family-owned orthodontic office that believes in teamwork, integrity, and creating smooth, stress-free experiences for every patient. No insurance or orthodontic experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and coverage for patients
- Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts accurately
- Appeal denied or underpaid claims
- Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding insurance and financial options
- Maintain organized and accurate patient and insurance records
- Support patient follow-ups to ensure timely processing and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to keep workflows running smoothly

Hourly rate: $16.50 - $18.50
