Insurance Team Member for Orthodontic Office

We are a patient-centered, family-owned orthodontic office that believes in teamwork, integrity, and creating smooth, stress-free experiences for every patient. No insurance or orthodontic experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do: 

• Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and coverage for patients 
• Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations 
• Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts accurately 
• Appeal denied or underpaid claims 
• Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding insurance and financial options 
• Maintain organized and accurate patient and insurance records 
• Support patient follow-ups to ensure timely processing and treatment coordination 
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to keep workflows running smoothly

Hourly rate:  $16.50 - $18.50
