On your day to day:

As a PM Team Lead at Riverside, you’ll guide and mentor a team of Product Managers while staying deeply connected to users and their needs. You’ll lead qualitative discovery processes, drive user interviews, and translate insights into clear product direction. You’ll empower engineers and designers as true partners, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and partially self-managing team. In this role, you’ll balance creative problem-solving with strong analytical thinking to deliver meaningful impact across the product.

Requirements

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-tech or SaaS company, including experience managing or mentoring PMs
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide a team toward clear outcomes
• Strong creative and analytical abilities, with proven experience generating insights and innovative solutions
• Proven ability to partner successfully with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively
• Experience driving complex initiatives end-to-end, including planning, execution, and measurement
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and takes full ownership of projects and team outcomes
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
