Manufacturing Colorist (6:00am-2:30pm)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail oriented Manufacturing Colorist to join our Compounding team. In this role, you will mix, match, and adjust color formulas to ensure products meet exact color standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a great eye for color, and like working in a team environment, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, mix, and test color batches 
• Perform color matching of pigments using the X-rite program 
• Identify and adjust color samples on an as needed bases to ensure consistency 
• Accurately maintain records in an organized work area
• Record formulas, measurements, and production data 
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily schedules/needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Pass a Munsel Color Test (required)
• Minimum 6 months prior experience in color matching, manufacturing, or a similar role (required)
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy (required)
• Experience with hazardous material (preferred)
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player
• Flexibility/available to work OT (as needed)

Pay Transparency

The current pay rate for this position is between $21.00- $27.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
