About Us

INDICO is a digital technology subsidiary company of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). Moving forward, INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel's digital businesses. What you will do, but not limited to:

Assist in product configuration (SKU setup, supplier mapping, basic pricing updates).

Support supplier and merchant onboarding by helping prepare integration parameters (API keys, endpoints, callbacks, test transactions).

Perform basic product health checks (stock availability, transaction success rate, API response status).

Help investigate simple transaction/API issues and escalate findings to the relevant team.

Assist with finance reconciliation tasks (e.g., validating transaction logs vs supplier reports).

Document processes, FAQs, and step-by-step guides for onboarding and operations.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure API flows are tested and documented.

Fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Basic understanding of API concepts (request/response, status codes, JSON).

Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic dashboards.
Available for 6 (six) months internship program period

Nice-to-Have

Experience using Postman/Swagger for simple API testing (can be from coursework/projects).

Familiarity with dashboards or monitoring tools (Superset, Looker, Grafana) is a plus.

Interest in e-commerce, digital goods, or API-driven platforms.
